This clinic is so amazing! All the doctors and staff are super friendly and patient. Every time I visit, I never feel rushed and I feel well cared for. I strongly recommend here, as they have family doctors, always ensure you get the help you need, and have very good service. It is very rare these days to find a doctor that truthfully cares about your health and well being. I strongly recommend VIP for my friends and family, and anyone looking for a family doctor

Dr. Atallah is super friendly and patient. You can tell he really thinks for his patients. Although the waiting time tends to be long (hope it can be shortened), his help makes it worth the wait. Also Nina at front desk is a very nice as well.

I strongly recommend VIP Medical Centre. If you are in the neighborhood and still looking for a family physician, you should register with them. It can get busy sometimes but all staff there from doctors to front desk staff always ensure you get help.

I went twice to this clinic. Once as a walk-in and once with an appointment. The waiting time was reasonnable - under 20 minutes, and the receptionist was very helpful. I saw Dr Sarca both times and I am thouroughly impressed by her. She is professional yet has a warm personality. I feel at ease with her and she has been extremely helpful. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because it is hard to reach the clinic by phone. It is easier to go in to make an appointment.

Dr. Seegobin has been my dedicated family doctor for years in Maple and has been taking care of my health through and through and Nina his assistant is the true measure of a good heart. I decided to move away from Maple to Muskoka in 2017 to be closer to the outdoors and my fishing that I love. I found finding a family doctor was hard and when I did, inexperienced. The wait times to have my health concerns in Muskoka were equally distressing. I decided to call Dr. Seegobin's office and Nina got me to see Dr. Seegobin in a short period of time after I explained my pressing health needs to her. Dr. Seegobin quickly diagnosed a hernia that my new younger doctor misdiagnosed and that he thought was a cist , referred me to a specialist that booked me for surgery in 3 1/2 months for this coming Dec. He then referred a knee specialist that diagnosed my left knee problems, gave me a plasma shot that cured my knee that i couldn't hardly lift before that I was immensely worried about. I want to thank Dr Seegobin for his expertise and knowledge and Nina for her caring nature. VIP was exactly how they treated me. Thanks again!! Joe Pesce

I had a wonderful experience with a new doctor that started last week at the clinic (Dr Gurpersaud). He's willing to be your primary care provider and he also takes walk-ins. He explained everything to me in a clear manner and was very friendly. I would have no qualms recommending him to friends and family.

My sister recommended Dr. Gurperaud to me. He is the new doctor at VIP Medical Centre. He's extremely knowledgeable, and has genuine interest in his patients well-being. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such a personal touch with his patients. I really appreciate Dr. Gurpersaud taking the time to go over and explain my diagnosis in such detail, as well as educating and providing me with multiple treatment options.
